• A decorative bread lame designed to make it easier to cut patterns in your dough. An indispensable tool in the sourdough process that gives your breads beautiful oven jumps and patterns, after your head. (Tip: This product does not contain blades.)
• The bread lame was developed and handmade by shou, who is a carpenter and a skilled carpenter. Each knife is unique and made of walnut wood.
• When the sharp razor blade is not in use, it is easy to hide away, by opening and locking the concealer function in the wood, thus reducing the risk of cutting.
• Maintenance and instructions for your new scratching knife. All scratching knives are made of untreated wood. Therefore, it is advantageous to maintain the bread lame with a little bit of cooking oil. The bread lame will change color and become darker when it gets oiled.
• Never soak the lame in water or put it in the dishwasher. Please note: THIS IS NOT A TOY! Keep away from children. The blade is very sharp and should not be near children or people who can not handle the tool. Be careful never to leave the scratching knife soaked in water for a long time by e.g. cleaning.
